Sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 ve verimli bir uyku ile insan bedeni bir sonraki g\u00fcn i\u00e7in haz\u0131rlan\u0131r. Ancak yap\u0131lan ara\u015ft\u0131rmalar yeti\u015fkinlerin yakla\u015f\u0131k olarak be\u015fte birinin istedi\u011fi gibi uyuyamad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6stermektedir. Hatta baz\u0131 ara\u015ft\u0131rmalarda bu oranlar\u0131n %50-60 kadar y\u00fcksek oranlara ula\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131 da g\u00f6r\u00fclm\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr. Ya\u015fl\u0131larda, kad\u0131nlarda ve zihinsel sorunu olan bireylerde uyku problemlerinin \u00e7ok daha fazla oldu\u011fu g\u00f6r\u00fclm\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr.<a id=\"_ftnref1\" href=\"https:\/\/www.sureyyaataus.com\/hastaliklar\/uyku-bozukluklari\/#_ftn1\">[1]<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Ki\u015filer g\u00fcne yorgun ve uykusunu almad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnerek ba\u015fl\u0131yorsa bu durum uyku bozuklu\u011fu durumunu akla getirmektedir.\u00a0<em>Uyku bozuklu\u011fu, stres, yatak de\u011fi\u015ftirmek, kayg\u0131, depresyon gibi ge\u00e7ici nedenler<\/em>\u00a0uyku sorununa neden olabilmektedir.<\/p>\n<p>Bunlara ek olarak fiziksel rahats\u0131zl\u0131klar, a\u015f\u0131r\u0131 kilo, a\u011fr\u0131, kramp gibi durumlarda ge\u00e7ici uyku bozuklu\u011funa neden olabilmektedir.<\/p>\n<p>Uykusuzlukla en s\u0131k ili\u015fkilendirilen hastal\u0131k ve durumlar \u015funlard\u0131r; insomnia, parasomnia, uyku apseni, ve narkolepsidir.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>\u0130nsomnia<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u0130nsomnia (uykusuzluk) en s\u0131k kar\u015f\u0131la\u015f\u0131lan uyku sorunudur. Uykusuzluk sorunu ya\u015fayan bireyler uykuya dalmakta zorluk \u00e7eker, \u00e7ok erken uyan\u0131r ve tekrar uykuya dalamazlar.\u00a0<strong>\u0130nsomnia<\/strong>\u00a0sorunu ya\u015fayan bireylerde uykudan uyan\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131nda bile yorgunluk ve halsizlik durumlar\u0131 g\u00f6r\u00fcl\u00fcr. Uykusuzluk sorunu ya\u015fayan bireylerde uykuya dalamama, uykuda kalamama ve erken uyanma gibi sorunlara ek olarak a\u015f\u0131r\u0131 sinirlilik hali, depresyon, anksiyete, dikkat da\u011f\u0131n\u0131kl\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve uykusuzluk konusunda endi\u015feye sahip olma gibi belirtiler g\u00f6r\u00fclebilmektedir.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Parasomnia<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Parasomnia halk aras\u0131nda gece ter\u00f6r\u00fc olarak da bilinen bir uyku sorunudur. Uyku esnas\u0131nda yap\u0131lan anormal davran\u0131\u015flar uyku ter\u00f6r\u00fc olarak de\u011ferlendirilmektedir.\u00a0<strong>Parasomnia<\/strong>\u00a0sorunu, uykunun h\u0131zl\u0131 olmayan g\u00f6z hareketi (NREM) ve h\u0131zl\u0131 g\u00f6z hareketi (REM) evrelerinde ortaya \u00e7\u0131kabilir. Her ya\u015f grubundan insanda g\u00f6r\u00fcelbilmesine kar\u015f\u0131n en s\u0131k 5-6 ya\u015f aral\u0131\u011f\u0131ndaki \u00e7ocuklarda g\u00f6r\u00fclmektedir.\u00a0<a id=\"_ftnref2\" href=\"https:\/\/www.sureyyaataus.com\/hastaliklar\/uyku-bozukluklari\/#_ftn2\">[2]<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Parasominia hastalar\u0131nda uyurken di\u015f s\u0131kma ve g\u0131c\u0131rdatma, uyurgezerlik, uykuda konu\u015fma, inleme, alt\u0131n\u0131 \u0131slatma, a\u011flayarak ve \u00e7\u0131\u011fl\u0131k atarak uyanma, uykuda h\u0131zl\u0131 soluk al\u0131p verme gibi belirtiler g\u00f6r\u00fclebilmektedir.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Narkolepsi<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Narkolepsi sorunu ya\u015fayan bireylerde g\u00fcn i\u00e7erisinde aniden uyku ataklar\u0131 gelip, a\u015f\u0131r\u0131 uykululuk hali ortaya \u00e7\u0131kmaktad\u0131r. Bu sorunu ya\u015fayan ki\u015filerde atak geldi\u011finde uyan\u0131k kalmak zor oldu\u011fu i\u00e7in sosyal hayatlar\u0131 olumsuz olarak etkilenebilmektedir.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Narkolepsi<\/strong>\u00a0hastal\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n 2 farkl\u0131 t\u00fcr\u00fc bulunmaktad\u0131r. Bunlar tip 1 ve tip 2 olarak s\u0131n\u0131fland\u0131r\u0131lmaktad\u0131r. Kas kontrol\u00fc sorunu ya\u015fayan hastalarda katapleksi g\u00f6r\u00fclebilir. Bu t\u00fcr hastalar tip 1 narkolepsi olarak de\u011ferlendirilmektedir. Herhangi bir kas sorunu ya\u015famayan hastalar ise tip 2 narkolpesi olarak de\u011ferlendirilmektedir.<a id=\"_ftnref3\" href=\"https:\/\/www.sureyyaataus.com\/hastaliklar\/uyku-bozukluklari\/#_ftn3\">[3]<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Narkolepsi hastal\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n nedeni kesin olarak bilinmemekle birlikte uzmanlar taraf\u0131ndan tip 1 narkolepsi hastas\u0131 olan bireylerde beyinde hipokretinin seviyesinin d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck oldu\u011fu g\u00f6zlemlenmi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n<p>Bireyler \u00f6zellikle g\u00fcnd\u00fczleri ortaya \u00e7\u0131kan uyku ataklar\u0131 ya\u015f\u0131yorsa uzman bir hekime ba\u015fvurulmas\u0131 \u00f6nerilmektedir.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Uyku Apnesi Sendromu<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>T\u0131kay\u0131c\u0131 uyku apnesi (TUA)<\/strong>\u00a0uyku esnas\u0131nda solunum s\u0131k\u0131nt\u0131s\u0131 ya\u015fanmas\u0131, hatta solunumun durmas\u0131 olarak tan\u0131mlanabilmektedir. Uyku apnesi olan bireylerde uyku esnas\u0131nda birka\u00e7 saniye s\u00fcren solunum durmas\u0131, nefessiz kalma hali g\u00f6r\u00fclmektedir. Solunumun durmas\u0131 v\u00fccudu harekete ge\u00e7irerek uyanmaya neden olmaktad\u0131r. Bu durum geceleri bir veya birden fazla olacak \u015fekilde g\u00f6r\u00fclebilir. Bu durumun tekrarlayan bir hal almas\u0131 ise uykudan verim al\u0131namamas\u0131na ve uykusuzluk ya\u015fanmas\u0131na neden olmaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>3 farkl\u0131 uyku apnesi bulunmaktad\u0131r. Bunlar; santral (merkezi), obstr\u00fcktif (t\u0131kay\u0131c\u0131) ve her iki tipin ayn\u0131 anda g\u00f6r\u00fcld\u00fc\u011f\u00fc karma t\u00fcrd\u00fcr.
